  • Partner with software engineering, FPGA/ASIC design, and validation leadership to streamline development, integration, and release processes.
  • Oversee the development of robust automation frameworks for build, test, release, and infrastructure orchestration.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for version control, branching strategies, artifact management, and release governance.
  • Drive adoption of AI/MLโ€‘driven automation and observability to improve pipeline efficiency, detect issues early, and reduce cycle time.
  • Ensure production CI/CD systems meet high standards for availability, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts across CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Influence and guide organizational DevOps maturity, setting standards and driving consistency across teams.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or build/release engineering, with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading highโ€‘performing engineering teams.
  • Proven experience architecting and operating largeโ€‘scale CI/CD systems in complex, multiโ€‘repository environments.
  • Strong background supporting EDA workflows (simulation, synthesis, verification, or related flows).
  • Deep expertise in CI/CD tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) at enterprise scale.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, Bash, Go, or similar) with a focus on automation.
  • Strong Linux systems expertise and operational troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead crossโ€‘functional initiatives and influence technical direction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in semiconductor, FPGA, or ASIC development environments.
  • Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of software security, compliance, and supply chain integrity best practices.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executiveโ€‘level presentation skills.
