Whatย You'llย Do:ย 

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer I to join ourย Technologyย team. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and improving the developer experience. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build, maintain, and enhance scalable systems that power our applications.ย 
This is a hands-on role with strong mentorship, offering exposure to modern DevOps practices, cloud-native technologies, and production environments.ย 

How You'll Help Us Win:ย 

  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary)ย 
  • Assist in building and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationย 
  • Help monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issuesย 
  • Contribute to observability efforts (logging, metrics, alerting)ย 
  • Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)ย 
  • Assist with networking and security configurations (load balancers, access controls, VPNs)ย 
  • Participate in a mentored on-call rotationย 
  • Document systems, processes, and operational best practicesย 
  • Continuously learn and apply DevOps and cloud best practicesย 

What You'll Needย Toย Succeed:ย 

  • Expertise: Working knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and networking fundamentalsย 
  • Programming: Proficiency in at least one modern programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell)ย 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experienceย 
  • Foundational understanding of containers (Docker) and cloud-native architecturesย 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a growth mindsetย 

Great if you have it:ย 

  • Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or networkingย 
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Loki, or CloudWatchย 
  • Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, MDM solutions, and/or Fortinetย
