What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in application development, systems engineering, or enterprise application support in a regulated environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing software development lifecycles, application support models, and crossfunctional technical teams.
  • Strong technical acumen in modern development frameworks, system integrations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), and DevOps tools.
  • Experience with AIassisted development and the ability to lead teams adopting AI tools and workflows.
  • Expertise with Agile delivery and building consistent engineering standards, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fastpaced financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills with the ability to manage risk and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
