Job description

DevOps Engineer

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Design and build DevOps processes and procedures for large-scale applications across on-premise and cloud environments.

Develop build plans, assist developers with troubleshooting failures, and manage software configurations.

Ensure successful execution of automated testing and continuous deployment pipelines.

Monitor production environments and maintain system stability and performance.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to implement long-term solutions.

Provide off-hour support for mission-critical applications when required.

Follow enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and compliance methodologies.

Adhere to governance, best practices, and optimize the use of organizational resources.

Address technical incidents and problems within defined service levels.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, microservices, and related technologies.

Minimum 2 years of DevOps experience.

Experience working with cloud platforms or on-premise infrastructure.

Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.

Experience with database administration and application development tools.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Manage and optimize system configurations and deployments.

Monitor systems and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
