Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer

Location: Columbia , SC
Position: Programmer – Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure integrations, and Power Platform ALM/DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
  • Design Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, and security roles.
  • Build complex Power Automate workflows and integrations.
  • Develop/manage custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize solutions across development, test, and production.
  • Implement Power Platform governance, security, ALM, solution management, and deployment pipelines.
  • Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support monitoring, auditing, and compliance requirements.
Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ years hands-on Power Apps development — Canvas & Model-Driven.
  • 5+ years Dataverse experience, including advanced data modeling and security.
  • Strong Power Automate experience.
  • Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and Azure Services.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform environments, ALM, DevOps, solution management, and deployment pipelines.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Power Fx.
  • Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics certification OR 5+ years equivalent hands-on experience.
Nice-to-Have
  • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure API Management.
  • Dynamics 365 CE and advanced Dataverse features.
  • Enterprise data governance/compliance — HIPAA, NIST, PCI.
  • Power BI integration.
  • Power Platform and Azure AD/Entra ID security architecture.
  • Certifications: PL-400, PL-600, AZ-900.

Education: College degree or equivalent experience.
