SALARY RANGE: $79,500.00 - $109,287.50

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible for providing leadership to member/retail cooperatives in development and execution of enterprise marketing initiatives across multiple channels/platforms that drive sales and build customer engagement and loyalty at the member/retail level. Assures that the GROWMARK System's marketing thrust is creative, focused, branded, effective, and coordinated across all divisions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Collaborates with member/retail leadership, field staff, and member resources team members in the strategic planning and development of local marketing and communication plans to reach established goals that are measurable and in alignment with GROWMARK divisions and Enterprise Marketing objectives.
Collaborates with member/retail leadership in researching and understanding the competitive landscape, defining customer and target segments at both regional and enterprise level.
Oversees development and implementation of local marketing collaterals in support of member/retail marketing strategies. Maintains the integrity of established brands across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communications.
Provides leadership and direction to member/retail Marketing Assistants in local execution of sales and marketing activities including a strong emphasis on digital marketing, engagement and content creation/collaboration with predetermined goals that are measurable.
Serves as project manager developing campaigns and activities to member/retail salespeople when appropriate.
Provides insight to sales and marketing leaders within GROWMARK business units about opportunities to align Enterprise Marketing campaigns and initiatives to those which would be most effective and well-utilized by member/retail cooperatives.
Collaborates with Member Resources team members and enterprise marketing leadership team in the development of member marketing programs that will be effective in supporting sales programs.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Fosters a working knowledge of member/retail product lines, differentiators, and business goals and utilizes those insights to inform comprehensive marketing strategies prioritizing the cross-sell and upsell mindset.
Responsible to stay actively engaged and build overall personal awareness on current and emerging trends, best practices and other relevant information related to enterprise marketing with an emphasis on digital.
Communicates strategic recommendations and campaign insights clearly and confidently to all levels of leadership, tailoring the message for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to ask the right questions to get to root causes, analyze problems, and provide holistic recommendations based on knowledge.
Responsible for encouraging, supporting, and promoting innovative practices, ideas, and technologies within the team.
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or the equivalent thereof, and 5+ years or more of marketing related work experience to demonstrate marketing knowledge.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Exceptional attention to detail, superb prioritization and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary.
May be required to lift and move 21-50 lbs.
May be required to work beyond what are considered normal business hours.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
