• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as outlined by our clinical team to ensure effective monitoring of client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, employing innovative methodologies that promote client well-being.
• Prepare and manage required documentation promptly to meet regulatory standards and maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation processes.
• Serve as an essential liaison to state agencies, community partners, and service systems to facilitate client access to necessary resources.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, caregivers, and external partners, enhancing transparency and engagement.
• Actively seek to identify potential partnerships, funding sources, and community initiatives that align with Pavilion's mission.
• Dedicate time to continuous personal and professional growth by attending relevant conferences, training sessions, and representation at statewide meetings.
• Promote and embody our agency’s principles and philosophy in all interactions and programming decisions.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational and clinical goals.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required to ensure a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic practices.
