perience Cloud, and CPQ. Serve as the senior technical authority for Salesforce architecture, integrations, and release management. Lead AI-enabled development practices including the use of AI-assisted coding tools and Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce. Mentor and support a junior Salesforce developer while promoting engineering excellence and platform scalability.

Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

·       Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

·       Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.

·       Lead solution design for complex cross-functional initiatives and integrations (e.g., Celigo, NetSuite, Workday).

·       Serve as technical authority for issue resolution, design reviews, and best practices.

·       Own technical aspects of release cycles including CI/CD, testing, and deployment governance.

·       Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Github Copilot) to improve development velocity and quality.

·       Provie expertise, support and implement Salesforce AI use cases, including Agentforce and predictive capabilities.

·       Mentor junior Salesforce developer(s) through code reviews, design guidance, and skills development.

·       Work closely with other developers on the Enterprise Apps (EA) team to promote best practices and learning.

·       Champion Salesforce governance, security, documentation, and DevOps maturity.

·       Provide consultative guidance to business stakeholders on platform capabilities and scalable automation.

·       Work with stakeholders to understand needs and pain points in order to help Salesforce users work more efficiently.
