Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer with strong expertise in firmware development, testing, and debugging on SoCs for embedded applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in embedded C/C++ with the ability to write modular, scalable, and portable code. Candidates must have hands-on experience with custom hardware bring-up using schematics and layout files, along with a solid understanding of RTOS concepts including threads, synchronization, and scheduling. The role involves developing and optimizing low-level device drivers for peripherals and sensors such as IMUs and depth cameras, as well as working with bootloaders, firmware OTA update systems, and power management features. Strong debugging skills using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and hardware debuggers are required. Experience with inter-processor communication between MCU and SoC platforms, exposure to wireless protocols like BLE and Wi-Fi, and familiarity with power profiling tools and battery life optimization are highly preferred. The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of firmware architecture and embedded build systems such as CMake and Makefiles.
