• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional well-being, and therapeutic needs through virtual sessions.
• Create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving clients' specific mental health goals and objectives, adjusting plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress using telehealth tools, maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, and provide comprehensive documentation for follow-up sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive the necessary resources for immediate care.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and cohesive care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing learning by staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment and participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
