Business Development Manager, Integrated Solutions
Clinical Architecture is seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for seeking out and closing revenue generating opportunities within the Integrated Solutions market, which includes but is not limited to EHR vendors and Integration platforms. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the assigned market segment by effectively selling Clinical Architecture's services and solutions. The Business Development Manager will be accountable for implementing strategy and tactics based on direction from the Vice President, Sales.
  • This role is based on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters, five days a week. While we are an in-office organization, we do our best to offer flexibility when needed, ensuring both work-life balance and uninterrupted business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Find business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales approaches.
  • Sell services and solutions by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Provide management with verbal and written reports as requested on client requirements, areas of opportunity, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services and solutions.
  • Demonstrate services and solutions to existing and prospective clients and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Take a hands-on approach to managing designated responsibilities to meet Clinical Architecture's goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for determining when to recruit other internal departments and stakeholders in managing the opportunity.
  • Ensures all information concerning the designated client is shared with and distributed to all appropriate internal resources, as well as kept up to date in Hubspot.
  • Attend trade shows, client user meetings, and client site visits as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Experience in SaaS or Healthcare backgrounds desired.
  • Team player attitude with a will to win.
  • Experience dealing with customer's systems utilizing integrated or software type products.
  • 5+ years of direct business to business sales experience.
  • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to be pro-active, self-motivated, detail oriented, and creative.
  • Proficient in Hubspot or equivalent CRM.
  • Medical software sales experience is a plus.
