Is $30 an hour good for an intern?

For a developmental intern, $30 an hour is considered above average, as most internships tend to pay lower rates or offer stipends. However, pay can vary based on industry, location, and the intern's skills or experience level. It's important to consider the internship's responsibilities and whether the compensation aligns with industry standards in your area.

Developmental Interns may work in various sectors, including education, government, business, or non-profit organizations. Their tasks often include assisting with projects, conducting research, and supporting daily operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.
