Job Description

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily activities, personal care, and community involvement. Every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and create unforgettable moments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Follow personalized care plans and support strategies.
  • Encourage and participate in community outings and social activities.
  • Administer medications as needed and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Attend training sessions and staff meetings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
