Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, catering to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and ensure all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to both ethical standards and relevant legal requirements to ensure the integrity of the counseling process.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development by staying informed on the latest research in mental health and attending relevant workshops or training sessions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • Proficient understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build therapeutic relationships and effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other counseling-related software is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
