• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, and challenges effectively.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques suitable for various concerns.
• Facilitate therapy sessions through secure teletherapy platforms, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for all client interactions to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment adjustments.
• Provide ongoing support and skill-building to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

You will work with a diverse clientele from varying backgrounds and with different mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing digital tools for teletherapy, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Experience in telehealth or teletherapy settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous work with a diverse patient population enhances the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds effectively.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques are beneficial for managing acute client needs.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience.
