About the role:As an IT Talent Development Program Manager at TQL, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of high-impact programs that strengthen and scale our IT workforce. You’ll partner closely with IT leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable development initiatives that drive skill growth, retention, and internal mobility.In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of talent development programs spanning skills assessment, onboarding, career architecture, leadership development, and AI enablement.
