The 3 Day Blinds Sales Leadership Development Program is your fast track to becoming a District Sales Manager (DSM) and leading high-performing sales teams across the country. Over 12–18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn the business inside and out, and build the leadership skills you need to drive results and grow your career.

Relocation is required for this program. You will complete your training at a base location, and upon graduation from the program, you should expect to be assigned to another geography based on business needs. If you're flexible, driven, and ready to build your career wherever opportunity calls, this is the place to do it.

What You'll Do

  • Learn the art and science of sales by working side-by-side with experienced sales leaders and design consultants to understand how we bring inspiration and style to customers' homes.
  • Immerse yourself in sales leadership, spending most of your program focused on field and inside sales, client engagement, and business development.
  • Complete short rotations in support areas such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Installation Operations to gain a holistic view of how every part of 3 Day Blinds contributes to success.
  • Partner with a DSM mentor and Regional Sales Directors to analyze performance, create action plans, and implement improvements.
  • Travel regularly for meetings, training, and field assignments — gaining exposure to different teams, clients, and markets.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Sales or related field preferred).
  • Early-career professional or recent graduate with leadership, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communicator who thrives on collaboration, motivation, and results.

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Ongoing support from leaders who are invested in your success.
  • Professional Growth: Continuous learning through structured training, workshops, and leadership development.
  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: Base salary, relocation and sign-on bonuses, health benefits, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Timeline

  • Recruiting: Winter 2025 – Spring 2026
