Furniture Row Marketing is looking for a Media Planner/Buyer!
Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Media Planner/Buyer to oversee the development, planning, buying, and execution of multiple media initiatives. This role is responsible for managing media execution to deliver precise, efficient campaigns that achieve strong performance results through proven analytics.
The ideal candidate has experience in media planning and buying along with an understanding of a changing media environment. This individual will oversee media budgets with a strong commitment to ensuring transparency, responsible resource allocation, and effective use of funds. They will thrive in fast-paced environments that require agility and adaptability.
**Note: This position is in-person in Denver, Colorado at the Furniture Row Marketing office.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with company goals. Manage integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media channels. Have proven experience managing large-scale media budgets. Be data-driven with exceptional analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
The position manages media budgeting, planning, negotiating, and placement of media including digital, direct mail, sponsorships, print and outdoor for many local DMAs. Provides guidance in overriding media strategy with strategic recommendations of channel and budget direction.
  • Anticipate and monitor trends, analyze campaign and customer data, track KPIs and cost efficiency metrics, provide performance insights and continuously refine buying
  • Manage planning, negotiation, buying, and execution of multiple media placements
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Create annual media budget across all markets and continually forecast media
  • Knowledge of all media channels and marketplace dynamics to maintain performance in evolving media landscape
  • Manage relationships with varied media vendors
  • Four plus years of media buying experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred)
