Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required BS in technical field + 15 years' experience OR High School + 20 years' experience Must be a US citizen Description •An experienced engineer to design, implement, and optimize modern development pipelines for web applications built with React/Angular and Python-based backends •Focus on enabling fast, reliable, and secure delivery across different environments to include test, staging and production using containerized workflows and automated pipelines •Work closely with front-end and back-end team to streamline deployments Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Build scalable pipelines for frontend (React/Angular) and backend (Python) •Implement automated build, test, and deployment workflows •Manage deployment strategies across different environments•Design and manage continuous integration & continuous deployment (CI/CD) with AWS services•Integrate unit, integration and end to end testing into pipelines •Enable fast, reproducible developer environments utilizing RHEL-based systems •Implement pipeline observability (logs, metrics, alerts)•Troubleshoot build/deployment issues across environments •Support secure and compliant deployments in regulated environments Required :•Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub pipelines, Jenkins or similar)•Deep understanding of pipeline design, caching, parallelization and artifact management •Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux •Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Linux-based environments •Familiarity with system level networking, permissions, and performance tuning •Experience with implementing and deploying containers within Linux environments •Experience with Docker/Podman or Docker/Podman Compose •Knowledge of deploying and tagging to container repositories •Experience with deploying and managing container platforms Desired :AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc) •Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS environments •Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js/Typescript) •Supporting Python-based services (FastAPI, Flask, Django or similar) Knowledge of build systems (Npm/yarn, Vite/Webpack, Angular CLI) •Experience with unit testing (Jest, Pytest) •E2E testing (Cypress, Playwright) •Scripting languages (Python, Bash) Salary varies based on Years of experience: $180,000-$197,500 A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
