Job Summary
Lead the effort to support existing and continue to develop continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines in all aspects of TTX applications.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the effort to build out continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines in all aspects of TTX applications
  • Implement and maintain continuous delivery processes and technologies
  • Work with development teams to coordinate releases and resolve specific build failures
  • Analyze and improve processes with a bias toward automation
  • Proactively monitor, identify and escalate issues or root causes of systemic issues
  • Manage ongoing proactive monitoring of support systems using monitoring tools and timely responses to alerts to avoid outages
  • Continually improve support processes via root cause resolution, recurring support problems resolution, reduced manual effort and increased automation
  • Implement automated testing and automated compliance checks where appropriate
  • Lead team of DevOps engineers, mentoring and training other team members
  • Participate in critical incident response calls
  • Develop tools and framework to improve operational efficiency and anomaly detection
  • Perform continuous integration and automated deployment; develop tools and framework to improve operational efficiency
  • Perform scripting for zero downtime deployments and anomaly detection, including Python, PowerShell, and Bash
  • Act as SME and Administration for Azure DevOps
  • Administer and Manage Nexus Repository
  • Develop and provide regular metrics using Azure Monitoring, including DORA reporting
  • Administer and manage static code for vulnerabilities for both open source and custom in-house code
  • Evaluate new software to increase productivity of CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3 years of related experience
  • 3 years of experience leading a team of DevOps engineers, assigning tasks and balancing workloads for the team.
  • 3 years of experience performing continuous integration and automated deployment
  • 3 years of experience developing tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiency
  • 3 years of experience performing scripting for zero downtime deployments and anomaly detection
  • 3 years of experience designing cloud solutions for application high availability and to improve cost efficiency
  • 2 years of experience working with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform and IaC, Elastic, SQL, and tools for static and dynamic code scanning.
  • Experience using AI tools to develop Applications and/or agents

Work Environment / Work Authorization
  • This position will sit at TTX's HQ (2151 Hawkins St. in Charlotte, NC). It is a hybrid work schedule that will follow the current TTX hybrid schedule and change if the current policy changes. Currently, it is in the Office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and works remotely on Monday and Friday.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire. TTX Company is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas for this position.
