About the Opportunity


A successful and growing privately held multifamily real estate development company is seeking a Development Operations Manager to support active development projects throughout the development lifecycle.

The company has been operating for more than a decade and has successfully developed approximately 2,000 apartment units while maintaining a lean, entrepreneurial structure. Team members enjoy broad exposure across the business and work closely with ownership, consultants, lenders, contractors, and property management partners.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in commercial real estate development and gain exposure to property finance, due diligence, entitlements, construction coordination, operations, and leasing.


Responsibilities


Project Coordination

  • Track development projects, milestones, deadlines, and action items
  • Coordinate communication among project stakeholders
  • Help ensure projects remain organized and moving forward
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting


Development Support

  • Assist with site evaluation and project feasibility efforts
  • Coordinate due diligence activities and documentation
  • Support entitlement and zoning-related processes
  • Assist with project planning and development coordination


Property Finance & Lender Coordination

  • Assist with lender requests and financing-related documentation
  • Support property finance activities
  • Organize budgets, reports, and project financial information
  • Help coordinate information required by lenders and ownership


Construction & Operations Support
