Job Summary

The Operations Associate (Warehouse) supports the day-to-day execution of Vivacity’s pre-deployment process, helping ensure assets are prepared, processed, and moved efficiently. This role delivers high-quality service across multiple functions and contributes to seamless, coordinated workflows in various departments. The Operations Associate must be willing to fl ex into other areas (such as production, inventory, or related functions) as business needs dictate.

Essential Functions

  • Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems
  • Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools
  • Complete orders with services that include, but not limited to pre wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, and green boxing
  • Verify that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders according to purchase orders
  • Ensure cleanliness of work environment, and equipment are functioning and properly maintained
  • Cross trained in production, warehouse, inventory, and repairs as business dictates
  • Learn and follow the receiving process, including checking incoming shipments and documenting accuracy.
  • Understand and participate in inventory count procedures to help maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Learn the parts picking process, ensuring correct items are selected and prepared.
  • Present relevant updates, details, and data to designated lead
  • Uphold safety standards in respective work environments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production, warehouse and repairs operations and machinery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
