Normal Hours: 8-hour shift typically scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday-Saturday

General Description
In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience while safely managing deliveries, warehouse operations, and retail sales. Excellence is demonstrated consistently, and your contributions to process improvements are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving & Deliveries: Safely drive a class B or C vehicle (CDL not required) to perform regular deliveries, support customer purchases, manage/replenish consignments, recover used batteries, and execute customer installations. (Note: May perform deliveries requiring DOT HOS records and medical clearance).
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform daily tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, reconditioning used batteries, and general battery maintenance.
  • Customer Sales & Service: Sell goods and deliver a top-tier customer experience on the selling floor, over the phone, and via email.
  • Safety & Equipment: Utilize safe driving and forklift practices, demonstrating strong expertise with material handling equipment and processes.
  • Team & Process Support: Accurately record successful processes and procedures, assist in training team members, and consistently look for ways to improve daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications
Formal Training (Credentials Required):
  • AA Degree or equivalent (3.0 or higher GPA preferred)
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years

Experience Required:
  • Meeting the required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Values (KSAVs)
  • Minimum 1 year working for the Company in a Delivery Driver-2, Material Handler-2, or Retail Sales Rep-2 capacity; OR
  • Minimum 3 years working elsewhere in a Driver, Warehouse Associate, or Retail capacity
