Market Development Manager

Leading medical device manufacturer is looking to fill a "Market Development Manager" position. Newly created position to collaborate with entire market sales force to gain market usage for physicians. Minimally invasive implants for in-office procedures. Be a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the product and technical assistance regarding any product questions, objections, or complaints. Building key opinion leaders, driving market through education and marketing. Unlimited commission plan plus bonuses, kickers and contests. All work related expenses are covered by the company. Extensive healthcare and retirement benefits packages. Superior leadership and extensive support for sales staff and product. Continuous pipeline of new products. Strong name recognition and market share. 125k base salary and 250+ at plan. Uncapped commissions. Ability to make in 300-400's. Great opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • A four(4) year degree
  • At least 5 years total outside sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of medical sales experience.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with market development helping physicians
  • Experience selling to ENT surgeons
  • Experience selling new technology, product launch and market development
  • Procedural sales experience in the office and the Operating Room
