Director of Property Operations (Luxury Class A Office)

Serenity Recruitment Group · Miami, FL (On-site)

About the Job

A rare opportunity has arisen for an accomplished property leader to take full operational ownership of one of Miami’s most prestigious Class A+ commercial developments — an environment that operates with the polish, precision, and guest experience of a five-star hotel.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a unique blend of Class A office and luxury hospitality expertise — or deep experience in one with a strong understanding and appreciation of the other. This is a flagship appointment for a globally significant mixed‑use asset, requiring exceptional standards, leadership, and emotional intelligence.

The Role

You will oversee every facet of property performance, ensuring an impeccable, hospitality‑driven experience for tenants and visitors alike — while maintaining the operational excellence and reporting rigor expected of world‑class ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all property operations, including tenant relations, engineering, and vendor management.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets independently.
  • Complete CAM reconciliations with precision and deliver timely, accurate ownership reporting.
  • Oversee large‑scale capital improvements and tenant fit‑outs in live environments with minimal disruption.
  • Manage and negotiate service contracts for security, cleaning, valet, and other key operational partners.
  • Build and inspire a high‑performing onsite team, fostering accountability, service excellence, and pride of ownership.
  • Maintain close, transparent communication with ownership, providing proactive strategic recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success managing high‑profile Class A or Class A+ commercial office properties (preferably 250k+ sq ft).
  • Experience across Class A office and luxury hospitality, or deep expertise in one with a strong understanding of the other.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering a luxury‑calibre tenant experience.
  • Expertise in budgets, CAM reconciliations, and capital project management.
  • Strong leadership with a proven track record managing large teams and third‑party vendors.
  • A polished, service‑first mindset that anticipates the needs of premium tenants and investors.
  • Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software.
  • Impeccable professional presentation and communication skills.
Why This Role?

This isn’t a typical property management role — it’s the opportunity to run one of Miami’s most iconic commercial addresses, where operational excellence meets five‑star hospitality. For the right candidate, it offers significant scope for long‑term growth, prestige, and leadership visibility at the highest level.
