How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)

SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As the Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, governance, optimization, and performance of the Aids to Navigation digital ecosystem. You will create a unified, scalable digital marketing approach across global AtoN brands, websites, campaign channels, analytics, and lead generation programs while partnering closely with marketing, sales, product management, IT, corporate digital teams, and external agencies to support business growth and improve customer experience.

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)

While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:

  1. Digital Strategy, Website Governance, and Customer Experience
  • Develop and execute a unified digital marketing strategy across AtoN brands, verticals, and regions to support awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Own the governance and optimization of the AtoN website portfolio, including brand sites, regional sites, campaign landing pages, and future consolidated digital platforms.
  • Establish website standards for content ownership, user experience, SEO, accessibility, analytics, lead capture, brand consistency, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Improve the digital customer journey by simplifying navigation, strengthening calls to action, improving product and solution findability, and supporting buyer needs across key AtoN markets.
  • Support integration of new acquisitions, brands, products, or regions into the AtoN digital ecosystem.
  1. Digital Execution, Projects, and Campaign Enablement
  • Lead website redesign, consolidation, migration, and enhancement projects in partnership with internal stakeholders, IT, corporate digital teams, and external agencies.
  • Manage website content updates, page optimization, campaign landing pages, and digital publishing workflows in collaboration with marketing managers and content owners.
  • Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to create digital lead generation pathways, including forms, calls to action, landing pages, nurture campaigns, and conversion tracking.
  • Support marketing automation and CRM integration by ensuring website forms, lead capture points, campaign tracking, and nurture workflows align with sales and business development processes.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies supporting website development, SEO, SEM, analytics, UX, content migration, hosting, and digital performance.
  • Translate business needs into digital requirements, scopes of work, project timelines, testing plans, launch plans, and post-launch optimization priorities.

3. Analytics, SEO, Performance Measurement, and Digital Governance

  • Own SEO strategy and website optimization, including keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, metadata, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile experience, site health, and ongoing search performance monitoring.
  • Manage digital analytics and performance tracking frameworks, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, CRM reporting, and related tools to measure website performance, campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and conversion outcomes.
  • Build dashboards and performance reporting to track website traffic, engagement, lead quality, campaign attribution, CRM performance, conversion rates, SEO performance, and ROI.
  • Coordinate paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and campaign tracking efforts to ensure consistent UTM use, campaign measurement, and performance optimization.
  • Serve as the primary AtoN global marketing representative for corporate digital initiatives, platform decisions, analytics standards, and enterprise digital governance.
  • Stay current on B2B digital marketing best practices, industrial marketing trends, SEO changes, marketing automation, analytics, and user experience standards.

What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)

Required Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO, marketing operations, demand generation, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading website redesign, migration, consolidation, or optimization projects.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience managing corporate, global B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or multi-brand websites strongly preferred.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems, SEO strategy and technical optimization, digital analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console or Ahrefs, and CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar systems.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into practical digital marketing plans, website roadmaps, requirements, scopes of work, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, develop dashboards, and recommend action based on performance results.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies with clarity, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Strong attention to detail in digital content, user experience, reporting, campaign tracking, and brand consistency.

 

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, information systems, or a related field required.
  • Relevant certifications in SEO, analytics, marketing automation, content management systems, or digital marketing platforms are preferred.

 

Travel & Working Environment

  • Hybrid role based in Franklin, TN, with an expectation to work onsite four days per week.
  • Collaborates with global teams and external partners, including occasional meetings outside standard business hours to support teams across time zones.
