OPPORTUNITY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, revenue targets, product commercialization initiatives, and long-term business goals.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, web, email, industry publications, trade shows, conferences, and other customer engagement channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
  • Own and enhance Crane Nuclear's brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency, integrity, and compliance with established corporate and graphic standards across all internal and external communications.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities, inform business strategy, and strengthen market differentiation.
  • Partner closely with sales, product management, and business leaders to support demand generation, customer engagement, lead conversion, and pipeline growth.
  • Oversee the development, creation, and management of marketing content and collateral, including websites, presentations, brochures, case studies, press releases, magazine advertisements, product launch materials, videos, photography, digital advertising, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Manage and continuously improve the company's digital marketing ecosystem, including website strategy, content management, search and digital advertising, marketing automation platforms, and emerging technologies such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
  • Direct the company's social media strategy and online presence, driving engagement, audience growth, and effective communication of the organization's value proposition.
  • Plan, organize, and manage corporate events, product launches, trade shows, customer conferences, and industry exhibitions to support business development and brand visibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget and oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective delivery of marketing programs, promotional materials, and branding initiatives.
  • Lead the design, creative direction, and content framework for Crane Nuclear's websites and digital assets, ensuring a modern, customer-focused, and results-driven user experience.
  • Source and manage marketing vendors for promotional products, banners, signage, advertising placements, and other brand-related materials while optimizing quality, pricing, and return on investment.
  • Support new product introductions and commercialization efforts through strategic marketing plans, launch campaigns, competitive positioning, and customer communication programs.
  • Perform additional marketing and business support responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a B2B industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that support business growth and commercial objectives.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with the ability to create and manage professional marketing, branding, and promotional materials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business software applications, including marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Experience managing website content, digital advertising, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools, including Google Ads and related digital marketing technologies.
  • Strong creative, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling content for multiple audiences and channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and competitive trends to support business decisions.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to successfully execute marketing programs and events.
  • Proven budget management, vendor negotiation, and project management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining brand consistency and corporate standards across all communications and marketing activities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel 15-25%.
