MMQCI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help support day-to-day marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and enhance product visibility across digital and print channels. This role contributes to content development, marketing campaigns, product launch activities, works closely with cross-functional teams, and reports directly to the Product Marketing Manager to support overall marketing objectives.
What You Will Get to Do
  • Oversee day-to-day social media calendars (LinkedIn), coordinate posts, track engagement, and identify opportunities to grow audience reach
  • Carry out email marketing campaigns (HubSpot), including audience segmentation, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Implement updates to company website (WordPress), including product pages, resources, blogs, and landing pages
  • Create, distribute, and analyze customer surveys (SurveyMonkey) to gather feedback and support marketing and business initiatives
  • Capture, edit, and prepare product and instrument photography for marketing materials, digital channels, and trade shows, supporting campaigns and collateral production
  • Assist in creating and refining marketing graphics (Canva) for brochures, email campaigns, social content, and digital/print ads, supporting overall design needs
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity, voice, tone, and visual standards across all customer-facing communications and marketing materials
  • May support additional marketing initiatives as needed, including trade shows

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience (life sciences or medical diagnostics preferred, but not required)
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Experience with photography and basic graphic design
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer workstation
  • Ability to lift and transport materials up to 25 lbs
