Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team for a 12-week summer internship. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making within a finance environment. The intern will work closely with finance team members to support analytical, reporting, and reconciliation activities while gaining experience working with financial systems, large datasets, and automation technologies including AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the finance team with financial analysis, reporting, and data validation across multiple business processes.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, reconciliations, and analytical schedules used for management reporting.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, investigate variances, and ensure accuracy of financial information.
  • Assist in reviewing transactional data and resolving discrepancies across financial systems and reports.
  • Support month-end close activities including preparation of schedules and reconciliation of financial data.
  • Help compile supporting analysis and documentation related to commercial finance activities and partner arrangements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline financial workflows.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to automate repetitive financial tasks using AI tools, data analytics, or simple scripting.
  • Support development of automated reports, dashboards, or data workflows to improve financial visibility.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects assigned by the finance team.

Qualifications
