Manager, Corporate CommunicationsJob Overview

Develops data-driven content strategies and leads thought leadership initiatives that support a compelling, differentiated company narrative. Applies audience insights to strengthen internal and external thought leadership across presentations, video, social media and other digital channels, contributing to editorial strategy and leading communications planning, execution and measurement as part of a collaborative team, with primary focus on external, audience-driven business narratives aligned to commercial priorities.

Accountabilities
  • Lead editorial, content engagement and social media strategy grounded in audience insights and data analytics
  • Lead creation of written, verbal and visual communications across executive social, digital and internal channels
  • Lead external thought leadership initiatives that position executives and subject matter experts as industry leaders
  • Develop internal communications that align employees to strategy, culture and organizational priorities
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment on communications initiatives and content approval processes
  • Manages content strategy across executive social media accounts and internal/external-facing websites
  • Oversees branding consistency across agency projects, media initiatives and consumer-facing content
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience: 5-8 years of work experience in communications
  • Education: Bachelor\'s Degree preferred in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, public policy, social sciences or related field
  • Other Qualifications: Focus on communications strategy and content development, executive communications and social media strategy, thought leadership program development, public policy communications, marketing communications, or media relations and digital content strategy advantageous
