Manufacturing Associate
Rockland, ME
Payrate-$18.50-$25.00 DOE and Shift
Our client, a leading manufacturer of snowplow and ice control equipment, is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing. No prior experience is required; training is provided.
In this Manufacturing Associate opportunity, individuals may support a variety of production functions depending on the department and assignment. Opportunities may include assembly, machine operation, packaging, material handling, or powder coating and finishing processes. Successful candidates will be dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Package, box, bag, and prepare products for shipment
• Load, operate, and monitor production equipment and machinery
• Support powder coating, painting, and finishing operations
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Report equipment, quality, or production concerns to supervisors
• Assist with continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
• Operate material handling equipment as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Regular three-day weekends
• Additional overtime opportunities available on Fridays. Friday overtime may be scheduled as either voluntary or mandatory based on production demands.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Some assignments may require respirator use and fit testing.
