Schedule: Part-time and will grow into a full-time role

About the role

We are currently seeking a leader with strong fundraising and relationship management experience—someone who is energized by working with small, passionate teams and is driven by the opportunity to make a big impact in the lives of underserved children and families.

This role will support the organization's fundraising growth through effective CRM management, grant development, donor stewardship, and campaign execution while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism

What you'll do Performance Area 1: CRM Management Tasks:
  • Enter gifts, pledges, grants, and donor interactions.
  • Update donor profiles and contact information.
  • Generate reports for fundraising and board review.
Performance Area 2: Grant Research and Writing Tasks:
  • Draft and submit grant applications.
  • Track reporting deadlines and grant compliance.
Tasks
  • Coordinate direct mail and digital appeals.
  • Assist with donor engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintain campaign records and reports.
Performance Area 4: Donor Stewardship Tasks
  • Prepare letters of acknowledgment.
  • Assist with donor recognition efforts.
  • Support donor events and cultivation activities.
Performance Area 5: Reporting and Administrative Support Tasks
  • Prepare monthly development reports.
  • Support board reporting requirements.
  • Maintain organized grant and donor files.
  • Assist with fundraising analytics.
Qualifications
