The Position

The Technology Transfer Group plays a crucial role in guaranteeing a steady supply of medications to patients by expertly managing and executing projects and transfers within the Roche Pharma portfolio. As a key component of the Pharma Technical Strategy organization, we drive product strategies by seamlessly transferring processes and knowledge across different sites. Our End-to-End project leadership, from sourcing to registration, ensures optimal speed, coordination, and flexibility, thereby enhancing the agility and resilience of the Roche Pharma supply chain. Collaborating closely with other teams within the Pharma Technical organization, we are committed to continuous improvement and implementation.

The Opportunity:

  • As a Technology Transfer Associate Intern, you will be a key player in empowering our Technology Transfer Team. Your mission will be to examine and improve our current processes, templates, systems, and tools. Working closely with the Technology Transfer Portfolio Manager, you will supervise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the development, analysis, and reporting of valuable business insights to a diverse range of stakeholders. Additionally, you will partner with Global Technology Transfer Leaders (GTTLs) on key projects and handle various administrative tasks as needed. Your contributions will drive innovation and efficiency within our team.

  • Collaborate with Tech Transfer Leads to maintain and improve Database (Airtable) and Dashboard (Tableau) for efficient data Assist in onboarding new Tech Transfer Leads, generate key reports for stakeholders and leadership teams, and develop onboarding materials.

  • Process Standardization: Work with the Portfolio Manager and various stakeholders to streamline and standardize the End-to-End Tech Transfer Portfolio Management Processes.

  • Lead the update of the Tech Transfer Academy's content, including GSP078, and author the Quarterly Newsletter.

  • Manage team drives, sites, processes, templates, systems, and tools, and support the organization, facilitation, and documentation of Tech Transfer for Future (TF) meetings.

Who You Are:

  • You hold an undergraduate degree in sciences, digital healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.

  • You are currently enrolled in a Masters program in the fields of Biotechnology or closely related fields.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in project management principles, Agile methodologies, data analytics, and visualization tools.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and virtual teams.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Capability to communicate optimally across all organizational levels.

  • High drive to manage multiple priorities and a willingness to handle tasks of varying complexity.

  • Continuous learning demeanor and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, with a willingness to learn gSites and SharePoint.

Additional Information:

Location: Hybrid, Based in Mississauga (minimum 3 days in the office)

Hours: full-time (35 hours per week)

Length: This position is a 12-month work term (full-time) and is expected to begin in September 2026.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57416,00 and 75358,50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
