Encova Insurance is currently seeking a Developer for our Charleston, West Virginia, or Columbus, Ohio location. This is a hybrid opportunity and we are open to hiring at the Developer I level based on qualifications and experience.

This position reports to the Director, Technology & Product Delivery.

  • Logical thinking in making decisions, completing work tasks and solving problems.
  • Ability to achieve continuous improvement in your technical and business acumen skillset.
  • Must possess good written communication skills.
