HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Marketing Communications Manager, you'll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, you will elevate and expand the reputation of LifeNet Health, the Biologics division, and its clinical solutions through multi-channel marketing campaigns and content marketing strategies- incorporating paid, earned, shared and owned media to reach target audiences in the health care and medical device spaces. Collaborate with designated client departments to align strategies with department and corporate objectives and to assess campaigns across all media based on clearly identified performance indicators. Work with internal and external resources, including agencies, to bring strategies to reality utilizing tactics across email, websites, social media, public relations, live events, content marketing, and video/multimedia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Programs Management: Develops, implements, and analyzes marketing and communications programs across designated divisions, working closely with department leadership to ensure alignment and effectiveness based on corporate and strategic objectives. Ensures marketing communication programs, corporate communications, promotional materials, and employee communications materials for brand consistency, grammar, corporate style and tone, and adherence to writing and visual standards.
  • Public Relations: Leads strategic development, tactical execution, and performance measurement of organization's social media program. Coordinates creation, review, approval, and deployment of press releases and other media relations activities supporting regional and national objectives.

  • Project Coordination: Serves as liaison to internal and external resources required to ensure daily progress of designated projects. Ensures performance measures are in place for each project.
  • Communications Planning: Manages communications planning and deployment activity, including code development (with colleagues and leadership) of proactive advertising, promotion, and editorial calendars.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of Experience developing, executing, and assessing comprehensive marketing and public relations programs - including paid, earned, shared and owned media - in a corporate or agency setting.

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns: Effective utilization of marketing automation platforms desired- Recent experience within marketing automation platforms (such as Sugar Markets, Marketo, Salesforce, and Hubspot) developing workflows, triggers, audience segments, and nurture/ drip campaigns.

  • Relationship Management: Builds and sustains partnerships across organizational boundaries and functions as well as outside of the organization to achieve common goals and outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Written, verbal and presentation; ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, implement, and monitor assignments effectively to meet the needs of the business.
  • Time Management: Ability to use time in an effective and productive manner with ability to work under pressure with tight timelines, make critical decisions, and maintain a sense of focus and urgency.
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns: Includes experience in message creation, content development, audience targeting/ segmentation- utilizing email, social media, and web platforms.
  • Develop Communication: Demonstrate capacity to communicate overall strategies and tactical requirements to internal (such as graphic designer) and external (creative agency, web developer) resources in order to develop high- quality and effective assets.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $87,226 to $116,301 annually
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $87,226 annually (entry level qualifications) to $116,301 annually (experienced in this role).
