Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, mission-driven Developer Relations Manager to join our team in Canada. In this dynamic role, you will build and manage strategic partnerships with enterprises, ISVs, and startups - helping them design and deploy accelerated AI solutions powered by NVIDIA technologies and platforms.

The ideal candidate brings together a strong technical foundation, sharp business insights, and a deep understanding of the regional AI landscape.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, driving strategic engagements in high-impact domains such as Agentic AI and Physical AI, and shaping how these capabilities are adopted and scaled

  • Understand customer critical workloads, and advise on technical enablement strategies on NVIDIA stack integration

  • Guide partners and customers through the NVIDIA integration journey, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.

  • Map, build, and expand a vibrant ecosystem of strategic partners to multiply growth opportunities, champion NVIDIA technologies, track ecosystem trends.

  • Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies.

  • Work closely with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to unpack goals, tackle technical challenges, and endorse protocols for successful integrations.

  • Represent and advocate for the partner's technical needs and funnel feedback to NVIDIA's internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS in AI, Data Science or computer science-related field (or equivalent experience).

  • A minimum of 8-10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in AI, Generative AI.

  • Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or within relevant verticals, focusing on Generative Ai, applied machine learning.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.

  • Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep Understanding of the Canadian AI ecosystem, use cases, and new technologies.

  • Strong Knowledge of the NVIDIA product stack and its end-to-end capabilities

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 170,000 CAD - 220,000 CAD for Level 4, and 225,000 CAD - 275,000 CAD for Level 5.
