Job Description Civil Project Manager About the Opportunity: We're looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept through completion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused firm where your ideas are valued, your professional growth is supported, and your work truly makes an impact in the communities we serve. What You'll Do: Oversee multiple projects at once, managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Act as the main point of contact for clients-building relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery. Lead coordination across disciplines during design, permitting, and construction. Review and prepare proposals, contracts, and project documentation.

Partner with senior leadership to address complex project or client challenges. Maintain strong quality control practices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Participate in business development and client retention efforts, including occasional travel.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required). PMP certification preferred. 15+ years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry or in project management.
