  • Strong understanding of production systems, operational reliability, and risk-aware change management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and finance teams
  • 1+ years of experience using AI / generative AI tools to accelerate workflows, including speeding up analysis, automating repetitive tasks, and producing reusable playbooks/templates that improve team productivity

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experience with FinOps practices, engineered savings, or cloud financial governance

  • Discount and commitment optimization experience (Reserved Instances / Savings Plans), including monitoring coverage/utilization and supporting commitment strategy decisions

  • Experience building and maintaining reporting using BI tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau)

  • Experience working with SQL-based datasets and advanced Excel analysis (e.g., joins, aggregations, pivot tables)

  • Experience supporting DevSecOps platforms, CI/CD enablement, observability, or security standards
