Full Stack .NET Developer – C#, React, Azure/AWS 

Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week)
Category: .NET Full Stack Development

NOTE:

Target full stack .NET developers who have:

  • C# + .NET + React
  • Enterprise web application experience
  • Cloud or hybrid development exposure (Azure/AWS)
  • APIs + microservices + CI/CD + DevOps
  • Insurance / workers comp background is a plus, not required


Role Summary

Software Engineer Level 2 responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Must be strong in C#, .NET, React, API development, cloud deployment, and DevOps automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full stack solutions using C#, .NET, React
  • Develop APIs, microservices, and scalable front‑end components
  • Work across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, containerization
  • Deploy solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Troubleshoot performance, security, and availability issues
  • Support cloud migration and hybrid architecture transitions
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cloud teams
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI‑DSS, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands‑on experience with C# and .NET
  • Strong experience with React or modern JS frameworks
  • Cloud experience: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • DevOps/CI/CD: Git, Azure DevOps, pipelines, automation
  • Docker, Kubernetes experience
  • Experience building APIs, microservices, distributed systems
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, data structures
  • Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB (preferred)
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments (preferred)
  • Azure/AWS Developer certifications (preferred)
