Job Description:

The Operations Support Associate provides flexible labor support across Milo's production environment, helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations by filling coverage needs, supporting line operators, and contributing to a clean and well-functioning plant floor.

This is a part-time role with flexible shift pick-up opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows all safety rules, GMP guidelines, and food safety requirements, actively contributing to a safe and compliant work environment.

  • Provides operator coverage during assigned rest periods and supports production continuity across lines as needed.

  • Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area and performs general housekeeping and sanitation tasks asrequired.

  • Works collaboratively with operators, maintenance, and other plant personnel to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

  • Assistsmaintenance team members with basic equipment troubleshooting and supports resolution of minor line issues.

  • Accurately documents production activities and completes required paperworkin a timely manner.

  • Weekend shifts may be offered based on production needs.

  • Upholds andparticipatesin all Corporate Responsibility programming.

  • Invest in and is an example of Milo's Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Light manufacturing or production experience preferred; entry-level candidates willing to learn will be considered.

    • Ability to read and follow written instructions and perform basic mathrequired.

      Physical Demands:

      • Required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel for the majority of an assigned shift.

      • Must be able to remain at a workstation or area for up to three continuous hours.

      • Regularly required to use hands to handle materials andreach withhands and arms.

      • Must be ableto regularlylift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

      • Exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, and occasionally extreme cold temperatures.

      • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with different abilities.
