  • AI Observability & Monitoring: Implement distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry and develop automated evaluation pipelines (e.g., "LLM-as-a-Judge") to monitor agent relevance and faithfulness.
  • Core Integration: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using C# and .NET Framework/Core.
  • Serverless & Workflows: Create and maintain Azure Functions and Logic Apps for serverless computing and workflow automation.
  • API Governance: Configure and manage Azure API Management (APIM) for security and exposure of AI and traditional APIs to internal/external consumers.
  • Message-Based Systems: Implement integrations using Azure Service Bus.
  • Guardrail Implementation: Integrate real-time guardrails to detect and mitigate hallucinations, PII leakage, and prompt injections.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • 8+ years of experience in .NET, C#, Python, or a related domain required.
  • Cloud Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of experience on Azure cloud services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
  • AI Specialization: 2+ years of experience in LLMOps or AIOps, focusing on the reliability and scalability of production-grade AI systems required.
  • 1+ years of experience in using framework like LangChain/LangGraph to automate Agentic workflows required.
  • Industry: Extensive experience within the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect certifications are a plus.
Skills:
  • 8+ years of development-related experience with Visual Studio and .NET applications (.NET Framework or .NET Core) for on-premises, hybrid, or Azure production environments.
  • AI Frameworks: Deep understanding of Agentic AI architecture, Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Observability Tools: Hands-on experience with Langfuse, Arize Phoenix, or Weights & Biases for tracking agent lifecycles.
  • Development: 8+ years with Visual Studio and .NET applications.
  • API Design: Proficiency in REST APIs, Web APIs, and SOAP services.
  • DevOps: 3+ years using Azure DevOps or GitHub and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Data Systems: Proficiency in SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage.
  • Modern Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Security: Understanding of security best practices for integration and AI safety
  • Extensive experience with
    • Azure Functions (development, deployment, and monitoring)
    • Logic Apps (designing workflows and implementing connectors)
    • Service Bus (implementing message queues, topics, and subscriptions)
    • Azure API Management (creating, securing, exposing, and managing APIs)
