Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedย Email Marketing Specialistย to join our dynamic marketing team. This hybrid position plays a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and deliver business results. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms, strong HTML/CSS skills for email development, and a strategic, analytical mindset to improve performance through testing and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns.ย (45%)
  • Align with the broader digital marketing team and stakeholders to build and maintain an email calendar.ย (15%)
  • Proactively analyze and test campaigns for performance improvements; share insights and recommendations.ย (15%)
  • Collaborate with the technical email team to enhance technical capabilities, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.ย (15%)
  • Create and deliver presentations on campaign performance, learnings, and key wins to leadership and cross-functional teams.ย (10%)

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Hands-on experience in email marketing platforms;ย Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Solid understanding ofย HTML and CSSย for email development.
  • Familiarity withย mobile-first and responsive email design.
  • Working knowledge ofย email testing and optimizationย techniques.
  • Ability to troubleshoot email rendering issues across platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience withย project management tools, preferably Jira.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Experience with email platforms likeย Responsys, Silverpop, MessageGears, SendGrid.

  • Proficiency inย AmpScriptย or similar personalization scripting language.
  • Knowledge ofย Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analyticsย preferred.
