Le/la developpeur(euse) logiciel - administrateur(trice) systeme DevOps travaillera au sein de l'equipe SCMT (Software Configuration Management & Tools) qui fait partie du groupe Engineering Efficiency, contribuant a diverses etapes du developpement d'applications logicielles afin de permettre aux equipes d'etre plus efficaces.

Vous participerez au developpement de divers outils et scripts utilises pour optimiser et assurer une bonne gouvernance des multiples applications utilisees dans le cadre de la gestion du cycle de vie des applications. Vous contribuerez egalement a la configuration et a la maintenance de la gestion du code source et des donnees (Azure DevOps Server\Services) afin de faire respecter les meilleures pratiques et de securiser les configurations. Vous collaborerez etroitement avec d'autres equipes du meme departement R&D (Recherche & Developpement), telles que les equipes de developpement, d'assurance qualite et de gestion de projet.

Vous devez apprecier les taches variees et stimulantes, etre capable de travailler efficacement malgre des interruptions frequentes, et etre tres autonome et debrouillard.

  • Configurer et maintenir le code source et les logiciels de gestion du cycle de vie des applications (Azure DevOps Server\Services + GitHub)
  • Developper et maintenir de nouveaux outils\bibliotheques pour optimiser la maintenance et la configuration de diverses applications partagees
  • Configurer et maintenir des pipelines de build et de release
  • Creer et maintenir des outils d'exportation de donnees et de reporting

Ce qui fait de vous un excellent candidat :

  • Baccalaureat en genie informatique, genie logiciel ou en Informatique, ou DEC en informatique avec une experience pertinente
  • Avoir 2 a 5 ans d'experience en gestion de la configuration logicielle, gestion des releases, DevOps, developpement ou equivalent
  • Apprecier les taches variees et stimulantes et avoir une bonne capacite d'apprentissage
  • Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit (ce poste necessite des interactions avec nos collaborateurs et clients internationaux)

Votre expertise technique :

Job overview:

The Software Developer - DevOps System Administrator will be working within the SCMT team (Software Configuration Management & Tools) part of the Engineering Efficiency group that contributes in various steps of the development of software applications in order to allow teams to be more efficient.

You will participate in the development of various tools and scripts used to streamline and assure proper governance of multiples applications used as part of the application lifecycle management. You will also contribute to the configuration and maintenance of the source code and data management (Azure DevOps Server\Services) to enforce best practices and secure configurations. You will work closely with other teams in the same R&D department (Research & Development) such as the development, quality assurance and project management teams.

You must enjoy various and challenging tasks, should be able to work effectively despite frequent interruptions, and must be highly autonomous and resourceful.

Your day at a glance:

  • Configure and maintain the source code and application lifecycle management software (Azure DevOps Server\services + GitHub)
  • Develop and maintain new tools\libraries to streamline the maintenance and configuration of various shared applications
  • Setup and maintain build and release pipelines
  • Create and maintain data exporting tools and reporting

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science or DEC in computer science with relevant experience
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in Software Configuration Management, Release Management, DevOps, Development or equivalent
  • Enjoy various and challenging tasks and have a good learning ability
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Your technical expertise:

  • Knowledge and working experience with C#, Go and scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, TypeScript, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub or similar
  • Experience with Terraform or other similar platforms
  • Experience with Cloud providers (ex: Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, etc.)
