The Role<\/b>

RedMane has a full\-time opportunity for a Technical Lead as we continue to grow our Vancouver based practice. The Technical Lead is a hands\-on role responsible for architecture and driving the development of our low code, highly configurable SaaS product. This roleย will work on a dynamic development team in an Agile\/Scrum environment to deliver a customized solution for our clients.ย Mentor team members in design, coding practices, and software development policies and guidelines.

  • Working with the project manager to remove obstacles, review design, and ensure releases meet the needs of stakeholders.

  • Mentoring team members in design, coding practices, and software development policies and guidelines.

  • Actively contributing to software development design and coding standards.

  • Verifying all completed work follows best practices and engineering standards.

    Preferred Qualifications<\/b>

    • 8+ years of experience in software development as a full stack developer.

    • 2+ in enterprise\-level platforms for custom solution building<\/span>, preferably in a cloud\/Azure environment.
      <\/li>\n
    • Experienced in use of AI in software development<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Led teams of 5\-10 developers.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.

    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.

          The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
