This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
DUTIES: Design, build, and enhance Salesforce components (Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Batch Jobs) that directly support ACC customer care journeys, including

Implement and maintain custom Lightning UI experiences used by ACC frontline agents by ensuring accurate rendering of customer account details, billing summaries, wireless features, and order information synchronized with ACC backend systems. Integrate Salesforce with ACC Mule APIs by consuming System/Process/Experience APIs for retrieving customer data, service eligibility, device and rate plan information, backend order status, wireless provisioning data, and troubleshooting flows. Develop API driven, event based interactions between Salesforce and ACC platforms including updates to customer profile records, feature changes, payment validations, account activity logs, and other real time events surfaced from MuleSoft. Build reusable components, Apex utility classes, and frameworks to streamline ACC specific logic such as customer summary assembly, entitlement calculations, offer eligibility checks, and validation rules tied to ACC's business rules. Optimize Lightning pages and data retrieval patterns including SOQL/SOSL optimization, Platform Cache, and Queueables to meet strict ACC performance SLAs for agent experience and near real time data rendering. Implement robust error handling and monitoring within Salesforce for failed ACC API calls, timeouts, validation errors, and data mismatches while ensuring proper logging, alerting, and fallback flows for agent continuity. Support ACC release cycles by participating in PI planning, regression testing, UAT cycles, nightly deploys, and defect triage tied to ACC S&S, Wireless, Big Bang, CRP/Fiber, and cross domain integration efforts. Create technical design documents and integration mappings illustrating data flows between Salesforce, MuleSoft, Billing/BSSe, Order Management, and ACC UI by ensuring architectural consistency across ACC trains. Collaborate with MuleSoft developers, architects, QA, and product owners to ensure that Salesforce logic, API consumption patterns, and data models align with ACC architecture, security policies, and integration strategies. Provide production support for ACC agent workflows, troubleshooting data discrepancies, API failures, caching delays, and record locking issues that impact sales and service interactions. Apply knowledge in Salesforce development. Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Utilize web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Apply knowledge in integration and API management including REST/SOAP and MuleSoft orchestration for ACC backend systems. Apply experience in microservices and event-driven architecture. Define and enforce architectural standards. Manage caching strategies for C360 platforms. Ensure secure data flows.
