Job Description Job Description: This company is looking for a top Business Developer to join a fast-growing, tech-forward restoration company based in the DSM area. They are seeking a highly motivated, autonomous individual with experience in business development within restoration or related industries. This role is an urgent need, and qualified candidates will be contacted ASAP! Info/Requirements:
  • Must bring in a strong book of business with local clientele.
  • This is a well-respected, full-service restoration company specializing in mitigation, contents/pack-outs, and reconstruction, with a strong and growing recon department.
  • On-site role with local travel to meet clients and build relationships.
  • Role is primarily business development with limited estimating responsibilities.
  • Looking for a mix of business development and light estimating, with a strong focus on relationship building.
  • Must be comfortable guiding customers through the insurance process.
  • Ideal candidate will serve as an insurance expert and trusted advisor for clients.
  • Experience with restoration, construction, or home services strongly preferred.
  • Someone who is highly tech-forward.
  • Very autonomous role-company provides a laptop, gas card, debit card, toll tag, and a monthly stipend to manage your territory independently.
  • Open to candidates bringing relationships from any source-all relationships are commission-eligible.
  • Strong people skills, grit, integrity, and a self-starter mentality are essential.
