Job Title - Golang Developer

Location - Roanake, TX, Hybrid

Duration - 6months

Job Description

The position itself requires a strong background in application development, testing, deployment, with familiarity of cloud computing. You must be a self-starter who is passionate about the technology you are building and eager to produce world-class services. You should enjoy working on eclectic technologies in a team environment where your success depends heavily on the success of your team and organization. You should have an appetite and appreciation for new technologies and their disruptive influence.

This is a very interesting position with exposure to the core client financial business applications, comprised of both custom and 3rd party products.

The Expertise You Have

  • 7+ Years of experience in developing Enterprise applications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Go
  • Development Experience in Java, Python, Groovy, and Shell Scripting is a plus.
  • Bachelors and/or master's in computer science or other related discipline
  • Experience in designing and implementing real-time Market Data applications.
  • Experience working with AWS and or any other public clouds like GCP/Azure.
  • Experience in creating dashboards in Data Dog
  • Good understanding of SRE golden signals, and service level metrics
  • Good understanding of observability metrics and open standards
  • Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery is a plus

  • You have solid experience in designing and developing enterprise applications
  • You are delivery focused with end-to-end ownership
  • You are familiar with agile development and ability to work well with others
  • You have strong commitment to learn and implement high standards in engineering
  • You have experience in Unix/Linux and shell scripting
