You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Documents patient care provided. Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

- Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- BCLS required
- ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred; must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
