Job description

Job Title: AssemblerJob Description

We are looking for a skilled Assembler to join our team, focusing on the assembly, inspection, and packaging of products. This role involves manually applying epoxy, conformal coating, and silicone to parts, as well as utilizing hand and power tools to assemble units based on work orders. You will also be responsible for completing documentation, following work orders, and performing final inspections before packaging and shipping products.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications.
  • Apply epoxy, conformal coating, and silicone to parts manually.
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble units based on work orders.
  • Complete documentation and adhere to work orders.
  • Conduct final inspections before packaging and shipping products.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in assembly and electronic assembly.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Proficiency in soldering, including J-Standard soldering.
  • Familiarity with IPC 610 standards and electromechanics.
  • Experience with SMT, circuit boards, and electrical wiring.
  • Ability to work under a microscope.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
