What You'll Do
As an Experienced Automotive Detailer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every vehicle meets CarShop's high standards for appearance and presentation before delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
  • Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to CarShop quality standards
  • Prepare vehicles for customer delivery according to established processes and procedures
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and cleanliness meet company expectations
  • Maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition
  • Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the Detail Manager
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive detailing experience, preferably in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet production goals
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
